• Does your cat sometimes make you believe they are hooman too? There comes a point when living for an extended period of time with your cat, that they will metamorphize into your roommate. A roommate worth of having their own bedroom, cups, sofa and even their own plate at the table. These are not your usual roommates. They come with (a little too much) extra layer of fur on their skin, an unmatchable amount of energy at 2AM, the softest feet (paws), and a never ending need to fit into the most unnecessary and weird places. You will be looking for a pair of shoes at the bottom of your closet, and suddenly, will touch a peculiarly soft texture. Let me warn you, that is not a new pair of fluffy shoes you don't remember you bought. That is your dear cat appropriating a new corner of the house. Slowly it will become their world, you are just a funny prop existing besides them. Forget about buying cute, aesthetic beds and toys for them. These felines are not interested in cat world toys, they much rather sleep on your shoes or in a random cardboard box where your vacuum cleaner was delivered.

• One thing about these so called ‘roommates’, they have absolutely no respect for your personal space. You thought it could not get any worse than this? Well I am sorry to break the news, my friend, but the shoes and the cardboard box was just the first territory they were making their own. Eventually, having dinner without being attacked by a ball of fur will be a luxury, a privilege. These guys have no remorse! Mhmm, you were hungry? Well I am getting HANGRY, hooman! So you better share a piece of that yummy, warm pizza.

  And you know what, how can we blame them? Look at them! Who on their right mind would deny a piece of their food to the loveliest creatures on earth. I do recommend paying a visit to your local internet corner spot and checking if that pizza is kitty approved. Chances are, it is not. But come on… just one slice!
